Official Rules - 2013 Father's Day Promotion - Effective Monday, May 20th, 2013
To Participate. No purchase necessary. From Monday, May 20, 2013 through Saturday, June 15, 2013, listeners will be invited on the air to visit participating merchants to register. Participating merchants include: Havre Tire Factory, 1824 Highway 2 East, Havre. R New Trading Post 642 1st Street W, Havre, Valley Furniture 315 W 1st Street, Havre, Bear Paw Meats 1705 5th Ave, Havre, Western Trailer and Marine Sales 1965 Highway 2 East, Havre, and Frontier Spas and Stoves 673 1st Street W, Havre. On Monday, June 17, 2013 winners will be chosen. Winners will be notified on the air and via telephone that he or she has won. This is a local contest. Qualifiers will be taken from various cities where New Media Broadcasters' radio stations' programming is broadcast. The number of entries taken during the contest period will determine odds of winning.
Eligibility. Participation is open to legal residents of the Continental United States, 18 years of age or older. Exceptions include employees of New Media Broadcasters, Inc., their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, including, without limitation, prize suppliers, participating advertisers, sponsors or any subcontractors of the above, and family members of anyone so employed.
Limitations. One prize per name, address or household per contest. Not responsible for contestants' inability to complete their entries during the contest period. Decision of the judges is final. All participants agree to be bound by these rules. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Winner must be 18 years of age or older to win. If the winner is unable to meet contest limitations, they will forfeit the prize.
Prizes consists of 1) A Craftsman 200 Piece Mechanics Tool Set with molded carry Case, A Porter Cable Three and a Half Inch Framing Nailer and 5/8 inch to one and 1/4 inch 18 gauge Brad Nailer value $695.00, from R-New Trading Post Or 2) A new set of tires from Havre Tire Factory Value $599.00. Or 3) Lazy-Z-Boy Recliner valued at $500.00 from Valley Furniture. Or 4) Variety Grill Pack of Meats valued at $500.00 from Bear Paw Meats. Or 5) $500 Truck Accessories Gift Certificate from Western Trailer and Marine Sales. Or 6) Junior Traeger Pellet Grill, Bag of Pellets and a Grill Cover valued at $500.00 from Frontier Spas and Stoves. Local State and Federal Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are non-transferable with no cash substitutes.
Claiming the prizes. The prize winners agree to return the completed affidavits of eligibility, indemnification and release forms within seven days of receiving the documents. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of prize. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Releases. Participation constitutes permission for New Media Broadcasters, without any further obligation to the contest winner, to use winner's name, address, voice and likeness for purposes of advertising and trade. By participating in the contest, the contestant releases the following from any and all claims for losses or damages sustained by said winner, arising out of participation in the contest or acceptance or use of the prize. New Media Broadcasters, subsidiary or affiliated companies, prize suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, any subcontractors, employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives.
Winners Names. For the names of the 2013 Father's Day Promotion winners, send a self addressed, stamped envelope to: New Media Broadcasters, 2013 Father's Day Promotion Winners List, 2210 31st Street North, Havre, MT 59501. Requests must be received within one year of the contest end date in order to be fulfilled
